Thought I might share you this entry on gift-wrapping. I just love to give pressies to my buddies and loved ones. Some are small, some expensive. Nevertheless, I really do like to pay much attention on the presentation of the pressies. I'll make sure that they come in boxes and not just wrapped in any wrapping paper and the most particular thing is the bow that sits on top.
I like my bows to be big and fluffy just like the one on top. See, isn't it just stunning? Instead I find myself splurging money on useless things just coz I can't manage to make an exclusive bow. Yeah, it irritates me alot coz the price of the ribbon itself is expensive and the bow won't make it through long journeys on buses.
So I best thought that I should google up on how to make one myself. Pretty hard stuff finding it coz what is on the net are just basic bows that you tie on shoe laces.
The search took me to How to Tie a Tiffany Bow tutorial. Pretty~ but not what I was searching for.
Next was the How to Perfectly Wrap a Present for dummies. This link might help you guys who can't get the hang of wrapping the present. It's got lots of step-by-step instruction but only aided by one picture on each page so I don't know if it helps. Oh, but it does give you steps on how to wrap odd shaped presseies.
Lo-and-behold...
I eventually found the step by step instruction on how to tie the beautiful bow. It's in pdf format so all you need to do is just to download the link here on Gorgeous Gift Presentation. Like usual it links to the 4shared website. And yeah, it's easy to follow and it has other forms of bows and not just the ones I showed. This tutorial was taken from the Container~Stores website.
Happy gift-wrapping guys! :)
